Our government is partnering with the Province of Ontario to build more affordable homes, infrastructure, and transit.
To boost housing supply, we are lowering development charges while removing GST and HST for first-time homebuyers.
These changes will save homebuyers up to $200,000.
We are also helping to fund priority transit projects, like the Ontario Line, Waterfront East LRT, and Yonge North Subway Extension.
